HOW IT WORKS: To optimize seating, flex Clenchy™U to your arch size and gently bite up and down. Fold the seater in half to accommodate open bites or gap areas where needed. This action helps to secure the aligner over the buttons and against the teeth. Frequent use can promote blood circulation in the gums and can assist with movement of the teeth.

For best results use Clenchy U each time you put your clear aligners in, plus 3-4 times/day for 5-10 minutes to accelerate stimulation
